Submit your class details, then go ahead and reserve your preferred date(s). Your class isn’t confirmed until it’s approved and added to the public calendar.

1. Submit the Class Request Form
Use the form to propose a new class or sign up to teach a previous one.
2. Schedule Your Preferred Date via Calendly
Once your form is submitted, use the Calendly link to choose a date 6 weeks to 6 months out. This adds your class to our internal calendar but does not mean it’s approved yet.
🛑 Important: Your class is not confirmed until approved and published to the public calendar.
3. Class Approval
We’ll review your submission and reach out if any adjustments are needed. Once approved, we’ll confirm your date and finalize your listing.
4. Sample & Confirmation
We’ll coordinate to photograph your sample (due at least 5 weeks before class). Samples must be made with materials from The Quilty Shop.
5. Class Goes Live
Classes are published to our website at least 4 weeks ahead, and no more than 3 months out. You’ll receive a student list link and a check-in sheet will be provided for the day of.
Note: Please review our Skill Level Scale and label your class accurately. Clear, consistent labeling helps students choose classes that match their experience—avoiding frustration for beginners and boredom for advanced quilters.
